The bread is moved past a circular blade, which is mounted, to a moving arm, cutting each slice individually to whatever thickness is selected.
The slicer is designed for on-demand slicing allowing your customers to choose a slice thickness, which satisfies their needs.
The 2005 slicer also has a multilingual digital display prompting the user with normal operating information.
